Standard and Extended Warranty Options
Maximizing equipment up-time and supporting your success with BEGO products is our goal. A standard warranty is supplied when you purchase equipment, with a one-year coverage period. Other supplies and materials are covered for ninety days.
Additionally, we offer extended warranties, a variety of service and maintenance plans, plus compliance and validation services to help ensure excellent instrument performance and utility. All warranty services include spare parts, repair time, and if necessary, travel of Field Service Engineers (FSEs). Certain restrictions apply.
BEGO USA Trained Technicians
It takes a certain type of person to deliver the level of professionalism, skill, and attention to detail that we require. Any reconditioning work will be undertaken by BEGO trained technicians using specific tools, diagnostic equipment, and genuine BEGO parts. We always work to the most exacting standards, which is why only our technicians should undertake such work. Please note that BEGO USA has not authorized any third-party service provider to perform maintenance or repair on any equipment in the United States and Canada.
Our technicians routinely attend factory‐level training, set to some of the strictest standards in the industry. These sessions keep them up to date on the latest in maintenance, calibration, structural and mechanical and electrical troubleshooting (MET) procedures to accurately repair and maintain BEGO equipment. This rigorous training ensures equipment repairs are based on actual BEGO engineering standards, therefore allowing customers to continue meeting their goals with our products.
BEGO Repair and Service Center
All BEGO equipment can be repaired at our Rhode Island service center, from casting equipment to 3D printers. This ensures the use of genuine spare parts and the highest quality of service provided.
