Frequently Asked QuestionsHow does it work?All you need is a phone, computer and Internet connection. After you Register, you will receive program instructions via email. Follow the log-in and telephone instructions. Do I need to purchase special software? No, but make sure your computer has the latest Quicktime and Flash Player before you join the program, available at no charge. Otherwise, the program may not function properly. How do I get CDT credits? There is an online questionnaire at the end of each program. Simply, complete the questionnaire and BEGO will take care of the rest. Each Morn'n Perk viewer can receive 1 hour of CDT credit. Can I ask questions? Yes! We encourage questions and feedback during our live programs.
