Wirobond® C+
CoCr non precious copings and bridges

SLM (Selective Laser melting) non-precious copings and bridges made from Wirobond® C+ - CoCr alloy take the hassle out of working with NP alloys. Send BEGO open scanner STL files to produce copings and bridges in Wirobond® C+ - CoCr alloy that only require slight finishing for seating and opaquing. Advanced SLM production steps make longer span bridges fit to perfection.

Wirobond® C+ has a CTE of 14.0 to 14.2 making it compatible with most leading ceramic layering and pressable systems. A tensile strenght of 680 highlights this alloy as a great choice for long-span restorations. The 24.7% Chromium content ensure superior corrosion resistance and a passivity layer for excellent biocompatibility and patient safety.



BEGO CAD/Cast

Consider outsourcing noble and high noble metal frameworks for production peaks, vacations or employee illness. Simply send an open STL file of a coping, bridge or full contour crown and BEGO will cast it an alloy of your choice. BEGO offers a full spectrum of alloys ranging in high Pd, Au/Pd, Pd/Ag and type IV gold for full coverage. Your BEGO CAD/Cast restoration arrives ready for degassing or final polishing.

BeCe® Wax-Up
Anatomical Wax-Up for a press to metal restoration

Take the pressure off doing pressable ceramics
Design your pressable case as a split file and select BeCe® Wax-Up and Wirobond® C+ as materials. Our production center will produce the metal framework along with the articulating BeCe® wax/resin crown or bridge. Upon receipt of the restoration simply opaque the framework, wax in the margin, invest and press. Produce more units per day, increase profitability and take the pressure off doing pressable ceramics with BEGO's PRESS-n-Go system.


BeCe® PRESS pressable ceramic system
Complete your split file with BeCe® PRESS - a two-phase leucite reinforced silicate pressable system by BEGO. Press to metal and press to Zirconia pellets are available in opaque and translucent 2 and 5 gram ingots for greater shade control. Reproduce all 16 Vita® shades using only 6 shades of pellets. Starter and test kits available for both stain and build-up techniques.


Pressable ceramics done with BEGO's BeCe® PRESS system have the natural blending of color and translucency. BEGO's unique shading system will bring the artist out in you and your ceramists.



BeCe® Cast
Wax-Up for casting in metal (coping, bridge, or anatomical crown)

Streamline your waxing department with BeCe® Cast digitally mastered rapid prototyping wax/resin copings, bridges and anatomical crowns. Minimal metal finishing required due to the ultra-smooth BeCe® wax surface. Patterns are easily adjusted and burnout under normal burnout cycles. BeCe® wax patterns are crafted to your design specifications then shipped to your laboratory ready to sprue, invest and cast!


BeCe® Cast brings a new level of consistency to your C&B department.
