| What is a webinar? A webinar is an instructional program or event broadcasted over the Internet. BEGO's Morn'n Perk webinars are 30-minute training programs followed by a Q&A. | ||
| What do I need to watch Morn'n Perk? All you need is a phone and computer with Quicktime Player and an internet connection. You do not need to download any special programs. | ||
| Do I need a webcam or any special software? No, you do not need a webcam or special software to participate in a Morn'n Perk. The webinar runs off an online program. | ||
| Do I need to attend the webinar on the same computer I registered on? No, you will be emailed the information to login to the meeting. Your login information can be entered in and the webinar can be viewed on any computer that has an Internet connection. | ||
| Where can I find course descriptions? All 2009 Morn'n Perk course descriptions are available online. | ||
| How do I register? You can register online by clicking the "Register Now" icon below any of the webinar descriptions, complete the following form, and you will receive a conformation emailing containing instructions on how to attend the webinar. | ||
| How do I pay? All payments are made online during the registration process. | ||
| I live on the West Coast; can I still attend a Morn'n Perk? To accommodate our West coast attendees or anybody that was unable to attend the first 8:30 AM EST session, we have a second Morn'n Perk at 11:00 AM EST (8:00 AM PST). | ||
| Do I have to participate during the presentation? Participation during a webinar is highly encouraged. However individual participation is not required, you can simply sit and watch. During the meeting there are several ways to ask a question. | ||
| Can anyone hear me if I talk? Yes, to have open dialogue during the presentation and Q&A session we keep the phone line open. Please be courteous to other participants by refraining from speaking and eliminating as much background noise as possible, i.e. cell phones, radios, lab equipment, etc. | ||
| How do I ask a question during the Q&A? There are a number of ways to ask a question during the presentation, as well as, the Q&A. For more information please click here. | ||
| What if I have a question during the presentation? We would like to encourage all attendees to ask questions during the presentation. However we would ask that you would please be courteous while the presenter is speaking. For more information on how to ask a question non-verbally during a presentation please click here. | ||
| How do I earn CDT credits? Following the webinar, you will receive a short quiz. Answer the questions and then submit the quiz back to BEGO for processing. Each webinar is worth 1 CDT credit. | ||
| Can I watch old Morn'n Perk sessions? Replays of Morn'n Perk sessions will be available to everyone that has attended that session. | ||
