A clear view of SLM

BEGO has been developing and perfecting the use of industrial laser melting for dental applications for over 10 years. The abbreviation SLM refers to Selective Laser Melting - a technology used in all BEGO production centers. It is a form of rapid prototyping or sterolithography that uses laser technology to melt alloy powder into thin layers. The layers are melted together to create homogeneous copings and bridges. SLM restorations have higher tensile strength, elongation limits and modulus of elasticity properties than restorations cast in the same alloy.

These new ways can now reflect the idea of increasing production and maximizing profits. Let BEGO take the responsibility of producing quality metal copings and bridges from your open scanner STL files and return them to you in a timely manner. Sound business decisions like this reward you and your employees with extra time. Yesterday these hours were spent waxing, investing, casting, divesting and finishing.
